Any attempts to extract the source code, translate the Mini Game into other languages, or create derivative works are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Mini Game remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider reserves the right to adjust game content, features or operation rules at any time. This Mini Game is free to play and monetized through built-in advertising capabilities of TikTok Minis. No charges will be imposed directly by the Service Provider for accessing the Mini Game.
The Mini Game runs inside TikTok. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your TikTok account and your device. The Service Provider shall not be liable for security issues caused by your improper operation of your device or TikTok account.
The Mini Game requires an active internet connection (Wi‑Fi or mobile network). The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Mini Game fails to run properly due to network instability, disconnection or insufficient mobile data. You acknowledge that your mobile carrier may charge you for data usage while accessing the Mini Game, including roaming charges if applicable.
The Service Provider will make reasonable efforts to keep the Mini Game available and functional, but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error‑free operation. We rely on the TikTok platform for basic services, and we accept no liability for losses arising from platform failures or changes on the TikTok side.
The Service Provider may update the Mini Game to optimize gameplay, fix bugs or adjust features. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Mini Game service at any time. Upon termination: (a) the license granted to you under these terms shall cease; (b) you shall stop using the Mini Game.
The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms and Conditions. You are advised to review this page regularly for updates. Changes will take effect once posted on this page.
